Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups curd


  • 2 tbsp gulkand


  • 4 nos betel leaves/paan


  • 1 tsp ani seeds/ saunf


  • 1/2 tsp dhania dal


  • 1/4 tsp beatel nut powder

Directions

  • 1. Grind the ani seeds, dhania dal and beatel nut powder into a fine powder.
  • 2. Then add the betel leaves, 1tbsp of gulkand and little water and grind to a fine paste.
  • 3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.add the curd to the bowl.
  • 4. Using a hand blender,blend the curd and mixture well.
  • 5. Add the remaining gulkand and mix well.
  • 6. Add ice cubes and serve chilled. Enjoy!
