1. Grind the ani seeds, dhania dal and beatel nut powder into a fine powder.
2. Then add the betel leaves, 1tbsp of gulkand and little water and grind to a fine paste.
3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.add the curd to the bowl.
4. Using a hand blender,blend the curd and mixture well.
5. Add the remaining gulkand and mix well.
6. Add ice cubes and serve chilled. Enjoy!
